Refund Policy

At Hypergrowth Laser Tag, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can effectively manage bookings and operations.

1. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled session:

    • No refunds will be issued.

    • Rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session:

    • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Customers may also opt to reschedule instead of receiving a refund.

2. No-Shows

  • If a customer does not show up for their scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Players are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or forfeiture of the booking without a refund.

4. Facility Cancellations

  • If Hypergrowth Laser Tag must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, weather, or other operational concerns), customers will receive:

    • A full refund or

    • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Group & Private Event Bookings

  • Larger bookings (e.g., private events, corporate bookings) may have different cancellation policies. Customers will be informed of these terms at the time of booking.
