2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or at the facility.
Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Hypergrowth Laser Tag reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds or rescheduling options provided.

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a fun and safe experience, all participants must:

Follow all facility rules and staff instructions.
Avoid physical contact, aggressive behavior, or misconduct.
Refrain from using offensive language or harassment of any kind.
Not bring outside laser tag equipment or modify game settings.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in laser tag involves physical activity, and by playing, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Hypergrowth Laser Tag is not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or damages resulting from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to follow all safety instructions and use equipment properly.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Hypergrowth Laser Tag and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
